Tubular resistors' production process

Our tubular resistors are created with prime quality materials for our client's guarantee.

Starting from a brass alloy of prime quality, our factories create the basis from which the tubular resistors’ range is then created. They can guarantee a complete interchangeability with the other products present on the market. All of this is due to the use, in our factories, of latest generation machinery.
We have flanged tubular resistors, 1’’ 1/4 Gas threaded, and even with Aniston model connection, which is one of the most commercially popular within the plumbing sector.
Even the installation of the copper tube, which contains the tubular resistors’ filament, is manufactured on site. This guarantees a capillary control over the finite product and a superior safety for the final client.
The final choice of tubular resistors most suited to your intended use, must be taking several factors into account, among which, the necessary force and the control necessity of both temperature and corrosion. To this end, thermostatic probes are available on the catalogue, which are completely integrable to the product, and resistances available with connection for the installation of the disposable magnesium anode.
