The pressure gauges for hydraulic use
The pressure gauges are used together with installation groups of tubular or other shape. They can be used also separately and their purpose is pressure measuring.
It is extremely important to choose a good measuring instrument such as a pressure gauge from the range of hydraulic equipment used for measuring and detecting pressure within plants containing water or other fluid. Gnali Bocia produces and exports systems consisting of individual gauges or coupled with installation groups for measuring lpg or other gas pressure.
The pressure gauges sold by Gnali Bocia are of Bourdon type. The operation pattern refers to a tube called a bourdon tube. This tube varies its radius of curvature, and this process is subject to the pressure inside the tube. Thereby, measuring the radius variation and comparing it with the initial state (considering that the initial pressure is atmospheric), it is possible to reach the pressure value which is measured by the bourdon tube. It is one of the most frequently used systems of pressure measurement, since these gauges are characterized by high durability and do not need to be subjected to maintenance since their control device is of a mechanical type.
The scale of pressure for this typology reaches a maximum value of 25 bar: in this case, the fields of application seem to be rather wide, considering that an ordinary lpg plant can hardly reach these values.
It is important to note that Gnali Bocia produces two types of systems coupled with mini installation kits : tubular and Y. In both cases, the system with a mounted pressure gauge exercises control very effectively.
