The company Gnali Bocia has drawn on its research and experience to create a complete range of needle valves for use in any situation.
One of the main characteristic of our needle valves is their perfect seal obtained with a torque that is not very high: this is an important distinctive feature and allows to ensure perfect sealing even when closing the valve manually. This feature makes the product safe for any use.
Another specific characteristic of our needle valves is the accuracy of flow rate adjustment. This feature makes our needle valve essential in all those systems requiring accurate and efficient dosing of the fuel and is one of the reasons that these products are often incorporated in welding taps with burners. They are also used on 3-way ramps for use with LPG and have M10 x 1M threading on the outlet for the connection to kitchen cookers.
The ends can have male or female threading or with fully-integrated hose connectors . There are also needle valves constructed for special use, such as for example the camping version for connection to cylinders, some of which have also been type-approved in compliance with the T-PED standard specifications.
Manufactured from a raw piece in hot forged brass, our needle valves are then machined on state-of-the-art transfer machines that ensure the accuracy, precision and high quality necessary for the needle valves to pass all the final checks and controls.
