Safety of Water manifolds
Using water manifolds is a safe choice for domestic water and heating water supply
Water supply, whether for domestic water or for heating purposes, is greatly assisted by the use of water manifolds within the systems. This modular solution can be found in the GNALI BOCIA brochures.
Here we find dezincification-resistant brass two to four-way water manifolds, which can be put together as required. The outlets can be adjusted to suit any piping system. We can in fact find male outlets with an inner diameter of 16, which are suitable for use with adapters for multilayer pipes, also sold by Gnali Bocia, or flat-seated junctions to be used to connect flat gaskets.
In the version with stop valves, water manifolds also enable the flow to be adjusted in the branch concerned or shut off should maintenance work need to be carried out on thermosyphons or on any connected domestic appliances, without having to switch off the water supply in the whole system.
But one of the most important aspects is that compared to a junction system where all utilities are connected in series and therefore with the use of underfloor T-junctions, where water manifolds are used, the system has no junctions created using fittings under the floor; instead, all of these are positioned in places where they can be checked and easily accessed.
