Pressure regulators for industrial uses

In the catalogue section dedicated to methane we find the range of FG and FGB series of pressure regulators designed and constructed for adjusting the pressure of methane gas or propane in civil and industrial applications.
With high accuracy they use the balancing technique in order to obtain a linear adjustment in the widest range of input pressures, and especially of flows. All this to support the professional when dealing with the distribution of gaseous fuels.
According to requirements, the entire range of pressure regulators can be provided with threaded, or with flanged connections that facilitate the operations of maintenance or replacement in case of failure.
Internally, the pressure regulators are fitted with a balanced spring system, made with stainless steel springs on a cast iron body; this guarantees their duration in time, although it is advisable to mount an aluminium filter upstream during their installation in order to intercept any impurities that may damage the system.
Pressure regulators in the FGB version are equipped with a block valve at origin, which can intervene both on maximum and minimum pressures. Designed specifically for plant safety, it works with a direct action and intervenes to protect the installation.
