Gas taps with pin or conical closure

In the construction of the gas taps, the locking system used most frequently is the pin system or in some cases with a conical seal. This is because the safety of the tapered metal-on-metal seal is still the best available. The opening and closing control is entrusted to a micrometric screw which gives the possibility to control the flow of gas in a precise manner. This type of closure also bears the highest pressures without the risk of seal degradation.
This system generates a capillary passage in the gas taps which results in a pressure drop that controls the flow rate. Their use is to regulate the power supplied by pressurized tanks, such as cylinders or tanks towards the devices used.
In the conical version the gas taps are usually used in the management of kitchen stoves, and in this case they also have a system, which is a typical feature of this sector, which allows to adjust the minimum flow rate of the tap.
